What Constitutes An Extraordinary Home?

Extraordinary, adj: 'very unusual, special, unexpected, or strange.'

In our view, an extraordinary home can be any price, any location, from any period and of any size, so long as it isn't run-of-the-mill. All it needs is a point of difference. It goes without saying that most listed houses, architect-designed homes, conversions and homes with incredible views can easily be defined as extraordinary. We also feel that a semi-detached home on an estate full of identical homes can be extraordinary if, for example, it has an extension with the wow factor. We've seen plenty of properties that look normal from the street but open up to something you might find on Grand Designs on the inside. The definition of extraordinary is subjective, but in essence, if you feel your home has something special about it then we'd be keen to come and see it. We love unusual properties and think we are pretty extraordinary when it comes to marketing them.
