What Constitutes An Extraordinary Home?

Extraordinary adj: 'very unusual, special, unexpected, or strange.'

In our view, an extraordinary home can be any price, any location, from any period and be any size, just as long as it isn't the run of the mill and has a point of difference.  It goes without saying that most listed homes, architect designed homes, conversions and homes with incredible views can all easily be defined as extraordinary.  We also feel a semi-detached home on an estate full of identical homes can be extraordinary if, perhaps, it has a wow factor extension; we've seen plenty of properties that look normal from the road but then open up to something more akin to Grand Designs when inside.  The definition of extraordinary is clearly quite subjective, but in essence, if you feel your home has something quite special about it then we'd be really keen to come and see it, as we love the unusual and think we are pretty extraordinary when it comes to marketing them.
